Default stacked life siphons

i know that if 2 necros siphoned the same target that the degen does not stack but what happens to the regen? would both get the regen from the same target? will the second caster steal away the first casters regen or how does it work?

Are you sure? More powerful Siphon would cancel the lesser, so only the necro who cast the more powerful hex should get the regen.

This also deals with (assuming LeftAlone is correct) whether both necros gain the regen based on the new duration. If both necros retain the regen, it should be considered a bug.

If its anything like healing breeze then the first one will be taken over and not exsist... since the spell will kinda not exsist any more im guessing the regen would go bye bye aswell...

not 100% sure though

the highest damage syphon will affect the target, however, both necros will get their own regen, and i know this because me and my fiance play together, and we have both been using our necros lately, so i can see her screen as well as mine

Would you mind timing to see whether the regens are based on seperate durations or if they're synced to the new siphon? Report it as a bug as well.

ill try and check the timing of it, i dont see why it would be a bug though, as they are not both damaging the target, its just the same as someone casting a higher level mending or breeze on you

If it was a bug, they would have taken care of it by now...people have known since early beta

People have known about the bugs in pet skills since beta, and they're nowhere near being fixed. >.> Sometimes things aren't made high priority to fix.

Does a healing breeze on the target also cancel your own regen?

Hexes and enchantments don't cancel each other, they run in parrallel, with only the strongest affecting the target at any one time. So with syphons, 2 will be in affect, so both necros get regen, but only the strongest will affecet the target at any one time. The duration of each hex remains totally separate.
Same with healing breeze or any other enchantment. Only strongest in affect, but unlimited number running in parrallel with independent durations.
